Christian Meunier, Chairman of INFINITI Motor Company Ltd., is leaving the Company due to personal reasons and to pursue other opportunities.
Christian Vandenhende, Nissan Motor Company Chief Quality Officer, will oversee all INFINITI Motor Company business with immediate effect, until a new INFINITI Chairman is named.
Mike Colleran, INFINITI Global Division Vice President will continue his role, in addition to acting as Deputy Chairman, reporting to Mr. Vandenhende. “We thank Christian for his contributions to the business and wish him well in the future,” said Vandenhende. “The company is committed to continuing to grow and invest in INFINITI as its premium brand.”
Vandenhende was recently appointed as Vice COO and serves as Nissan Motor Co. Ltd.’s Lead Chief Quality Officer (CQO) and Alliance EVP of Quality and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCSX). He has served in roles of increasing responsibility at Nissan and Renault since 1999.
