TOKYO (Dec. 28, 2006)--Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., today announced several changes to its organizational structure and management team. This change is effective January 1, 2007.
- 1. Organization change
- To better integrate all communications activities on a global basis, the Global Brand Communications Dept. will be newly established within the Global Communications Division.
- 2. Change of responsibility of Corporate Officer
- Simon Sproule, Corporate Vice President, currently in charge of Communications, CSR and IR Dept. will undertake the additional responsibilities for the Global Brand Communications Dept.
- 3. Changes to General Managers Responsibilities
- Effective January 1st, 2007.
